FALL 2008 REGISTRATION
Posted August
12, 2008
Teams must complete registration before August 25,2008. Here is what is needed this time:
• A TYPED roster with, full name, full address, date-of-birth, phone number, and a clear indication, i.e. "new", next to names of players that did not play at all last season. That is to quickly identify who is not in the system already, does not apply to fees since all players are considered new in that respect. Need a photo for new players or anyone for whom you do not have a player pass for any reason. Print the name of the player on the back of the photo.
• Player passes for returning players in your roster. Please check for missing passes, get pictures for these players.
• A filled out waiver form for each player. WE WILL NOT PROCEED TO REGISTER A PLAYER WITHOUT A WAIVER. WAIVERS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME OF A GAME. THEY HAVE TO BE DROPPED TO THE REGISTRAR WITH THE ROSTERS DURING INITIAL REGISTRATION. When adding players after initial registration, the players' info, fees, and a waiver must be delivered to George by Friday evening.
• Your fees, NOTE: as per LSA, there is no Drop/Add option with their new registration system. Therefore, any player logged in the system must be paid. Players added will not receive credit from players dropped. Keep that in mind when you add someone in your roster. Returning teams need 18 players roster minimum to register. New teams need 20. Max is 22.
FEES FOR FALL 2008:
Per Player Fee: $58.50 (park fees have increased, includes maintenance)
Team Fee: $650 (Ref fees have been increased, includes the ref assignor fees also)

ATTENTION
CAPTAINS
Posted Sept.
25, 2006
Please
do not leave trash at the park. Your players
must play clean, we do not want injuries
from hard or dirty play, we are all working
people. There should be no arguing with
the refs, they are out there to do the
best they can. Arguing with them will only
lead to players being cautioned or send
off. Let's go out there, play and have
some fun.
Thanks
Have a great season!! |
